Dr. Peter Y. H. Chen is a Fulbright visiting scholar at The Scheinman Institute on Conflict Resolution at Cornell University. Prior to his current appointment, Chen served in various positions at National Taipei University (NTPU) in Taiwan including; Professor and Chairperson of the Department of Foreign Languages and Applied Linguistics and Director of the Center for International Negotiations and Interpretations. His research and current book project examines how rhetoric contributes to intercultural strategies for conflict management and resolution. Moderated by Dr. Bruce Dickson, Director of the Elliott School's Sigur Center for Asian Studies. |
