USCET Asians in America Awards Dinner Celebrating Asian Achievements & US-China-India Cooperation March 17, 2016: Mayflower Hotel, Washington, DC The US-China Education Trust (USCET), a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting US-China relations through education and exchange, is pleased to announce its new Asians in America Awards Dinner series. The first Dinner is set to launch on March 17th, 2016 in concert with the US Chiefs of Mission Conference when all US ambassadors will be gathered in Washington, D.C. With Asia playing an increasingly central role in global affairs, Asians in America, who bridge the cultures of the East and West, have an opportunity as never before to encourage cooperation and understanding between the United States and Asia. In launching this Awards Dinner, we are reaching beyond the usual bilateral narrative to promote the importance of Asia; celebrate Asian and Asian American achievements in American society and international affairs; and highlight the US-China-India trilateral relationship – key to building a better and more stable global future.
