Taijiquan Association of Hebei Province, China and promoter of the US Capitol
Classics/China Open international martial tournament, will hold a Press
Conference at 11:30 am, Tuesday, July 25 to announce the 35th annual
US Capitol Classics/China Open international martial arts tournament and the
introduction of Wang Qihe Taijiquan to the United States. Brown and Huang were recently
invited and visited the Wang Qihe Taijiquan Association in Hebei Province,
China. A delegation from the Wang Qihe
Taijiquan Association will formally present Brown with the Letter of
Appointment as Chairman, and they will introduce and perform Wang Qihe Taijiquan
for the first time in the U.S. at the US
Capitol Classics/China Open on August 5 at the Gaylord National Resort and
Convention Center, National Harbor, MD.

註：今年六月我们应中国河北省王其和太极拳协会的邀请，到河北省邢台市出席该协会太极教练的毕业典礼，并接受他们颁发的终身荣誉主席和主席的证书，同时邀请他们派团出席八月四日到五日在 Gaylord National Resort and
Convention Center, National Harbor, MD 举行的美国首都第35届武术大赛，该协会檀杏敏主席将率团参加盛会，将是中国武术史上，第一次派团参加美国首都武术大赛！ 也是中美文化，体育交流的砥柱，自哈佛大学医学院出版了“太极拳对人体健康的重大影响”之后，美国各阶层包括：大学，医院，健康保险公司，社会上的连锁健身房，美国联邦政府的卫生福利部，甚至美军等，都在聘请有中国太极拳教练执照的专业人士来美国教学，据非正式的估计目前需要2400多位有中国执照的太极教练，来美国工作， 因此河北省邢台市王其和太极拳协会在今年六月邀请我们去访问并签订文化体育交流协定，来推动这个促进中美两国邦交的重要项目。
