该独立住宅（a single house）拥有两个相对独立的单元（其中一个单元有房东居住），另一单元中的一间卧室现出租，位于Graham Rd, Falls Church，步行约6分钟到公车站（开往地铁站Ballston, West Falls Church metro (orange/blue line)，附近有加油站丶公共图书馆丶各类商店丶饭店丶公园和山野步行道，距大华府地区最具人气的大中华超市（the Great Wall supermarket）约6分钟车程。近DC市区，开车仅20分钟。
房间A和B均有壁橱，新木地板和新油漆，每房仅限住一人，两人共用卫生间，与房主合计三人共用厨房。此宅有洗衣机丶干衣机丶冷气丶暖气和前后院落，亦可能提供停车位（但不保证），街道停车自便。

现房间B（130sqft，无家具）供出租(700美元/月），房间A已有房客占用。

理想的房客是喜欢安静丶整洁的学者丶学生丶白领上班族或自由职业者，有稳定收入或充足储蓄以按时支付房租和杂费。长期租约优先（至少半年）。禁止室内吸烟丶养宠物丶吸毒丶私人派对。

Location: One room for rent in a single family house at Graham Rd, Falls Church within walking distance(6 min) to bus station of 1A, 1B, 3A, 1Z going to metro stations(Allston, West Falls Church with Orange/blue line), located convenient for gas, shopping and dining. Bus stops, grocery stores, restaurants, furniture store, gym, public library, parks and trails are all around the location. Close to DC downtown, 20 min drive only.
There are two relatively independent units in this single family house, the owner lives in one unit; There is one unfurnished room available now in another unit in this single family house with front and back yards. New wood floor and new paint for the entire house. Partially renovated kitchen(share with the owner). $700 for room B (130 sqft), share a full bathroom with tenant of Room A.
One person per room only. Three persons share the kitchen, washer and dryer in house. Parking space might be(yet not guaranteed) provided, while on-street parking is available.
Ideal tenant: Clean and quiet scholar, student, professional with stable income or savings to pay rent. Long term lease preferred (at least 6 months). No smoking, no pets, no drugs, no parties.
