We are seeking qualified program interns for our international students’ summer camps 2015. Interns will work as an assistant of the manager. The major responsibilities are to coordinate in the program, and to enhance the communications between students and instructors.
Positions overview:
Position 1: July 20 - August 10 Location: Ashburn, VA Elementary school students (English & Technology classes)
Position 2: July 15 - August 10 Location: Annandale, VA Elementary (English & Technology classes) and middle school (drama class) students
Work mostly on week days, and occasionally on weekends. Work mostly on site at the above mentioned locations, with occasionally outings to DC and Six Flags Park. Specific work schedules will be provided.
Responsibilities:
~ assisting in camp classes:
-Coordinate between Chinese students/teachers and our instructors. Assist with their communications in case they have trouble to understand each other. -Interpret in the class when necessary. -Assist the instructors in the classroom when needed, for example, work as a group leader when the students are doing group study. -Report to your supervisor in time whenever any issue or trouble happens. -Help during the lunch time - ordering food for teachers; taking care of students, etc -Maintain orders and discipline on campus -Watch the students during break time for safety purpose -Help to run after school activities: sports, games, crafts, and other activities -Take videos of the summer camps, for documentary purposes
~ Guiding the groups to visit Washington DC & Six Flags

Qualifications
- College / graduate students or recent graduates. - Fluent in both English and Chinese. - Excellent communication skills, especially inter-personal communications. - Focused and highly organized. - Able to follow the instructions from supervisors. - Must have reliable transportation for commuting.
