求租9月底到明年3月初

I'm coming to Rockville in late Sep. I'd like to rent a place in or around Rockville. It can be a condo or a room with seperate bathroom. I hope it's convenient for shoping and transportation. I'd like to rent it from late Sep to early Mar,next year. If the owner can help with the furniture, I'd like to pay for that.
