OVERVIEW
Fudan University Alumni Association of the Greater Washington D.C. Area (FUAADC) and Greencourt Group are delighted to present 2015 Fudan Washington Forum: The Driving Forces Behind Economic Growth.
The first Fudan Washington Forum “Rediscover China” in Fall 2014 was a
great success. This November, Fudan Washington Forum will focus on
a discussion of the driving forces behind China’s economic growth and explore the impact of Chinese investment on the global economy.
Over the last three decades, China has experienced an extremely rapid pace of wealth accumulation and Chinese capital has been
impacting the world economy at an accelerating pace. An increasing
number of organizations and high net worth individuals are now
proactively looking for investment opportunities around the globe as a
natural path to assets diversification. As the global economy continues to present opportunities, the US
real estate market exhibits exceptional value for investment. The
relative stability of real estate is especially alluring in today’s
uncertain financial climate. The Chinese see US real estate as a
relatively moderate risk and high-return investment.
This one and a half-day forum will host a panel of speakers from academic,
organizations and enterprises to share ideas and best practices on
economics, finance, entrepreneurship, real estate investments, property
rights and legal and taxation issues for investors.
As
an attendee, you will connect with top scholars, researchers,
entrepreneurs, leading developers, investors, and attorneys, and get the
cutting-edge information you need in today’s world economy.
