The Company is currently looking for a well-rounded Software Engineer / Web Developer who is familiar with the growing Web 2.0 landscape and desires to contribute in a fast-paced startup environment. 0 u; K+ d, E$ j/ m4 ]3 oAs a Software Engineer, you will participate in the entire life-cycle of product development. Day to day responsibilities will include:
: a) z( V: {7 r# W# p2 t+ aBuilding the web tier of the application using Java-based components such as Struts, JSP, JavaScript, and Servlets.
4 B7 e/ X' E: b, qAssist with the design and development of upcoming features and product versions.: W& D* Q5 m4 ?6 p
Working with a team of developers to design and implement effective and scalable technical solutions.

8 b- [* F4 }5 Q0 x9 WREQUIREMENTS
. N3 Q$ U9 H, M2 S( W& e" A0 `A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) is required. An advanced degree or professional licensing is a plus.
4 |/ V: i E& }( t+ r7 ~0 [1-3+ years developing consumer-facing websites and applications.
2 A6 A: Y" z* `% r2 [5 Q( ^/ ?Strong Java skills and object-oriented design experience, including working knowledge of Java core libraries, design patterns, J2EE, CSS, Struts, JSP, Javascript, and Servlets.
4 |) W! N% O+ t" l% j7 `Hands-on experience with Ajax, Hibernate, Quartz, Memcached, and Tomcat is a plus.
2 [ o& Q( L" g1 HExperience in database design and SQL is preferred. MySQL a plus.
( w% s! Z# C0 t9 O4 e- c: ]Knowledge of session management, object relational mapping, object caching, XML/JSON web services, and agile development methodologies desired.
