The Company is currently looking for a well-rounded Software Engineer / Web Developer who is familiar with the growing Web 2.0 landscape and desires to contribute in a fast-paced startup environment. As a Software Engineer, you will participate in the entire life-cycle of product development. Day to day responsibilities will include:
/ e i. }/ T0 N8 J* l' JBuilding the web tier of the application using Java-based components such as Struts, JSP, JavaScript, and Servlets.
) o1 @9 v0 J* R) a1 r+ ZAssist with the design and development of upcoming features and product versions.
2 w7 Y7 b! K+ d U) r" vWorking with a team of developers to design and implement effective and scalable technical solutions.% ~% T- Q0 x' z& h3 u

REQUIREMENTS
1 L( s: x& J$ U, `. F2 EA Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) is required. An advanced degree or professional licensing is a plus.+ S& k9 a3 r( j9 G/ I! i
1-3+ years developing consumer-facing websites and applications.
6 |( _% F' j9 |4 D& U' m( UStrong Java skills and object-oriented design experience, including working knowledge of Java core libraries, design patterns, J2EE, CSS, Struts, JSP, Javascript, and Servlets.9 E+ }4 H1 {5 g+ C1 e
Hands-on experience with Ajax, Hibernate, Quartz, Memcached, and Tomcat is a plus.1 p4 ?6 v1 M: {9 `4 ^ p7 H, }
Experience in database design and SQL is preferred. MySQL a plus.
; ?0 L- j. y8 B) A9 zKnowledge of session management, object relational mapping, object caching, XML/JSON web services, and agile development methodologies desired.
