It's conveniently located at the intersection of 270 and 370, close to I-200, Rio, Shady Grove Metro, Crown Point, etc.. Both the two bedrooms come with walk in closet and private bathroom. A couple will live in one of the bedroooms, and you, a single professional or couple will occupy the other one. The living room and kitchen will be shared. Rent is $750 for one person and $800 for two, plus utilities (electricity, gas and internet, estimated to be $30 to $50). No parties, smokers, pets, drugs are allowed in the condo. 开车到NIH也很方便。我一般每个工作日都去DC市中心（离white house很近）工作，在我经过的沿线工作或上学的话，可以考虑打我的车，只需要均摊油费（往返只需要大概 $2-3），省去昂贵的地铁车票或者停车费。
