This is a superclean and delightful 2 br 2.5 bath condo in Gaithersburg MD. It's conveniently located at the intersection of 270 and 370, close to I-200, Rio, Shady Grove Metro, Crown Point, etc.. Both the two bedrooms come with walk in closet and private bathroom. A couple will live in one of the bedroooms, and you, a single professional or couple will occupy the other one. The living room and kitchen will be shared. Rent is $750 for one person and $800 for two, plus utilities (electricity, gas and internet, estimated to be $30 to $50). No parties, smokers, pets, drugs are allowed in the condo. Reference check and employment verification and one year lease is required before moving in.
