【Paid Summer Job】Hospitality Coordinator

We are seeking a qualified Hospitality Coordinator for our international students’ summer camps 2015.

Positions overview:

July 15 - August 10

Location: Northern Virginia

Work mostly on week days, and occasionally on weekends.

Specific work schedules will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Drive a passenger van and transit passengers, mostly to and from hotel, Leesburg Outlets, Dulles Town Center, Tysons Corner mall, restaurants, and other stores and places.

Coordinate the communications of the guest from China, e.g. assisting in translation when they are going shopping, answering questions they may have, etc.

Help with arrangement of  Lunch and Dinner.

Other hospitality tasks as assigned.

Compensations

Qualifications

Must have valid driver’s license, and be able to drive 12-seat passenger van; experienced driver preferred.

Familiar with the routes in Northern Virginia, especially the malls and stores.

Fluent in both English and Chinese.

-   Excellent communication skills, especially inter-personal communications.

-   Must be nice, easy-going, considerate, and patient.

-   ability to deal with any emergency issues for the guests
