- My lease starts on Monday, June 1st. I won't be able to show it until the end of May when I have the keys.
- I picked this unit because it is on the third floor - therefore quiet. And because it is south facing. There is an additional east-facing window in the master bedroom - so even more sunlight!
- Walk to CUE bus Green line that takes you to GMU and Vienna metro
- Walk to Fair City Mall (Gym, grocery store, Best Buy, Marshalls, DSW Shoes, AC Moore that sells arts/crafts and yarns if you like knitting, Bed Bath Beyond, Carters, Chipotle, Chinese restaurant and a FedEx)
- Walk to Fairfax Ice Arena so you can skate!
- Walk to the Post Office in case you still use the USPS

- New carpet
- $850/month plus shared gas, electricity, and renter insurance
- Long-term or short term
- No pets or smoking, please
