rent is 620/month (including utility) for one room and share bathroom with another girl; or 820/month (including utility) for two rooms and private bathroom;

Including washer, dryer, wireless internet, storage in basement; maids come to clean every 3month;

Location: The house is located in a quiet, wonderful neighborhood in boarder of North Potomac and Rockville, MD, with very private backyard backing up to the park.

15 min drive to Rockville town center; 3min drive to Route 28;  5 min drive to JHU Rockville campus, NIH Rockville campus ,Shady Grove Adventist Hospital, etc;
10 min drive to I-270, I-370, and the Washingtonian Center, where has lots of shops like Target, Rio Grande, Kohl's, Pier 1, Cafe Deluxe, Starbucks and AMC.   

Roommates: I am in my late 20s, working in Rockville town center. Quiet, clean, and nice.
