One bedroom with full private bath of a brand new townhome is available for rent immediately. LITERALLY five minutes' walk to the Vienna metro station, right next to I-66 and R-50/Lee Highway! An ideal tenant is a female, non-smoker, clean, respectful, mature, and honest, preferably a quiet student or working professional. The room is unfurnished right now in case you have your own furniture, but we will furnish it if needed. Monthly rent of $1,000 includes utilities, Verizon Fios wireless, sharing of washer/dryer, and minimal cooking. Discount rate applies if you only stay for a few days a week. Rental lease is required and the terms of the lease can be discussed in person. One month's rent for security deposit is required, as well as valid ID, proof of income, and a general background screening.
