Two bedrooms on the second floor in a townhouse in Greenbelt is for rent. Small room(13' X12'): $430+utility per month. Big room(15' X12'): $450+utility per month. These two rooms share a full bathroom. Available at the end of April. Moving in a few days earlier is possible. You will share this house with a male PhD German student and a female visiting scholar.
