I looking for rent an affordable room with private bathroom or share with another female, or a basement with bathroom. With all utilities and wireless internet included. I have a 9 years old boy live with me. I looking for good elementary school area such as Westbriar ES, Colvin Run ES in Vienna area, Canterbury Woods ES in Annandale, West Springfield ES, Sangster ES in Springfield or Greenbriar West ES, Mantua ES, Willow Sprins ES in Fairfax area. We don't have pets and we are clean. I have a full time job and a good credit. Best move in date is the end of June or before school start for the fall.
