JobDescription:
1. Maintainsthe customer service department, making sure the department is functional andoperational on a consistent basis; provide training to new customer servicestaff
2. Provide guidance and directions to customerservice staff on how to receive or handle customers’ questions and concerns
3. Mediate between different departments to haveefficient working conditions
4. Check on customers for their feedback of theservice provided to them

PersonalRequirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. Completed computer science degree/ or 3+ yearsof computer usage or IT related areas of experience or expertise
3. Familiar with network protocol, networkstructure and other applications
4. Familiar with Windows, centos, and tbuntnsystems
5. Has team management abilities and provideoverall coordination between the teams
