可以用西联汇款，好像很多超市都可。但是金额超过几千元，就要
登记留底反恐。手续费大概在20-30元。

you can try paypal.com.

I sent money to Taiwan to buy book last time and I was happy with Paypal.

But make sure that you check with Paypal first to see how the recipient will get the money. Have the recipient check with his/her bank first to see how long it takes to get money Paypal's way and if there will be any problem.

PayPal does do business in China. But I'm not sure if you will encounter any problem since China in many ways does not operate like the U.S.

Xoom.com has minimum requirement that's not convenient for me to buy low price items in China. So I didn't try it......

我的银行Chevy Chase要收$40，其实是通过中国银行汇款，中国银行还要收$10，太不划算，还不如直接去中国银行，还能省$40

目前用WEST UNION，比较方便，很快就到。
看到XOOM的广告，还没试过，MS金额小的时候和WEST UNION没有什么区别。
不过好像WEST UNION有上限$3,000
