ACA, Affordable Care Act, or Obamacare, like it or not, will be in effect in the U.S. on January 1st, 2014. Since this is a Health Insurance, there is an Enrollment Period, from 10/1/2013 to 3/31/2014.

ACA is a brand new thing for everyone, and very complicate in different States and Counties. So, most of people and small business do not understand the details and need helps when doing the enrollment. Lots of un-insured people in our community, who are not comfortable to understand all details in English and need bilingual speakers to help. Thus, we ask government MUST hire some bi-lingual speakers to be the Assister and Navigators to make sure our community people do get helps when needed.

Shortage of bi-lingual speakers as ACA Assisters and/or Navigators are pretty common in everywhere in the U.S., these job postings are only for Montgomery County and Prince George's County og Maryland.& `8 g+ T( e8 m8 M, F% Z

Due to the time constraints, the initial job postings do not spread out to the Chinese and Vietnamese communities, but the positions must be filled in next week, before the training started in the last week in August.
