One bedroom in a town house will be available in October (move in date is flexible). The bedroom is in 2nd floor, you will share the bathroom with a clean guy. The rent is $360 plus utility per month (internet and electricity). A twin size mattress is provided. Washing machine and dryer are equipped in laundry room.
